With an illustrious career spanning 24 years, Hickok brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Hailing from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she has established herself as a visionary leader known for her strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Hickok holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, underscoring her dedication to personal and professional development. Her extensive credentials include the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), a testament to her commitment to excellence in association management.

Hickok has excelled in various leadership roles within the REALTOR® organization, serving in the top executive roles of local boards and MLS services of real estate, a state association, and an independent real estate investment brokerage spanning both Missouri and Oklahoma. Demonstrating an impressive track record in board governance, leadership development, staff development, and team building, her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and her financial acumen in handling large budgets make her an excellent fit as ARELLO CEO.

Her appointment follows a period of interim leadership provided by Darren Whorton, Chief Technology Officer, who stepped in as interim CEO after the departure of former CEO Nick Rhoad in November.

"I want to thank Darren who took on the responsibility to serve as Interim CEO. We all owe Darren a debt of gratitude for his commitment to ARELLO," said Erik Wisner, 2023 ARELLO President. "His leadership during this transition period ensured the continuity of our mission and operations."

"We are thrilled to welcome Jessica as our new CEO," continued Wisner. "Her outstanding qualifications, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence align perfectly with our organization's mission and values. We are confident that under her guidance, ARELLO will continue to thrive and innovate in the industry."

Hickok expressed her excitement about her new role: "I am honored to join ARELLO and look forward to working closely with the talented team to advance our mission. We will continue to build on the organization's strong foundation and drive positive change in our industry."

Hickok's appointment as CEO marks an exciting chapter in the history of ARELLO, and the organization anticipates a bright future under her leadership.
