About the ARELLO Foundation

The ARELLO Foundation was formed in 2009 for the betterment of ARELLO. The Foundation is a nonprofit corporation to conduct research, gather and publish information, provide public education and enhance the development, administration, and enforcement of real estate laws.

ARELLO Foundation shall educate the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community. The ARELLO Foundation shall conduct education and research activities in an objective manner, and shall be presented with a sufficiently full and fair exposition of the pertinent facts as well permit and individual or the public to form an independent opinion or conclusion. Educational programs may be provided through public discussion panels, forums, groups, lectures and activities that enhance the educational experience.

Governing Documents

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees approved by the ARELLO Board of Directors. The Trustees may develop new programs and services through the Foundation for the betterment of the association or public interest. The Foundation typically meets during the ARELLO Mid-Year Meeting and Annual Conference each year.
